Style
My massage style is based on a Swedish foundation. By using low to medium pressure, spots that need additional attention can be discovered. Heavy pressure and deep tissue techniques are applied only where needed. Clients typically refer to feeling the 'good hurt' and increased body awareness.
Prior to the massage, we will discuss any known areas of discomfort you may be experiencing. This will help guide the treatment plan for your session. Afterwards, there will be ample time for you to reacclimate, before your departure. For your scheduling, consider that these times are in addition to the duration of the massage.
